Commercial electromagnetic furnaces are prone to various faults during long-term use. Mastery of basic troubleshooting and maintenance methods can reduce downtime and maintenance costs. Common fault 1: No heating after energization. First check whether the power plug and socket are in good contact and whether the power line is damaged. If the circuit is normal, it may be caused by blown fuse or damaged power tube inside the electromagnetic oven. It is suggested to contact professional maintenance personnel for replacement; If the equipment displays a fault code, check the fault cause according to the instructions. For example, E1 represents too high voltage and E2 represents over-temperature protection. Carry out targeted treatment according to the prompt. Common fault 2: Unstable heating, strong and weak heating, mostly due to furnace surface sensor failure or poor heat dissipation, first clean the furnace surface and heat dissipation port, if the fault is not solved, check whether the sensor is loose or damaged, and timely adjust or replace it. Common fault 3: The panel is broken, which is mostly caused by collision or improper use. If the panel is only slightly scratched, it can be used continuously without affecting the use. If the panel is cracked or leaked, it shall be stopped immediately and replaced with a panel of the same model to avoid short circuit due to moisture. It shall be noted that professional maintenance personnel shall be selected for the maintenance of internal circuit and core components. Do not disassemble them by yourself to avoid potential safety hazards.
