Release time:2026-01-28

In the context of rising operating costs in the catering industry, the energy-saving use of commercial electromagnetic furnaces has become an important way to reduce costs.

In the context of rising operating costs in the catering industry, the energy-saving use of commercial electromagnetic furnaces has become an important way to reduce costs. First, reasonably select the power gear and adjust the power according to the cooking demand to avoid using the maximum power in the whole process. For example, the cooked food can be switched to the medium and low power insulation after boiling. When cooking, it can be flexibly adjusted according to the cooked degree of food materials, which can ensure the cooking effect and reduce energy consumption. Secondly, the cooking process is optimized, and the food materials are pre-treated in advance. For example, the frozen food materials are unfrozen in advance to avoid direct heating with high power and shorten the cooking time; At the same time, suitable cookers shall be used. The diameter of the bottom of the cooker shall match with the heating area of the electromagnetic furnace surface. Ferromagnetic cookers shall be selected to enhance the thermal conductivity and reduce the heat loss. In addition, clean the electromagnetic furnace surface and the heat sink regularly. Dust or dirt on the furnace surface will affect the heating efficiency. Blockage of the heat sink will cause overheating of the equipment and increase energy consumption. It is suggested to clean the furnace surface and heat sink once a week to ensure normal heat dissipation and heating performance of the equipment. In addition, avoid long-time standby, timely turn off the power supply when not in use, reduce standby energy consumption, and unplug the power plug when it is idle for a long time to prevent potential safety hazards caused by circuit aging.
