First of all, regular replacement of water quality filtration system is the key. Most commercial drinking water dispensers are equipped with multi-level filtration components such as PPcotton, activated carbon and RO membrane. PPcotton is recommended to be replaced every 3-6 months, and activated carbon is replaced every 6-12 months. The service life of RO membrane is usually 1-2 years. If not replaced in time, the filtration components are easy to breed bacteria and trap impurities, resulting in decline of effluent quality and even gastrointestinal discomfort. Secondly, the circuit safety cannot be ignored. The power of commercial drinking fountain is large, so independent special socket shall be equipped to avoid sharing the same circuit with other high-power equipment and prevent overload short circuit; At the same time, keep dry and ventilated around the equipment, keep away from water sources and inflammable and explosive articles, and cut off the power supply before daily cleaning to avoid wet hands contacting the circuit interface. In addition, the cleaning and disinfection of inner container is a link that is easy to be ignored. It is suggested that the inner container of the water dispenser be deeply cleaned every half a year. Food grade disinfectants can be used to dilute in proportion and soak for 30 minutes, and then repeatedly rinsed with clean water to remove the scale and bacteria remaining in the inner container, so as to ensure the safety of drinking water.
